“Bad” is an attitude and a style: honesty, boldness, a taste for freedom. It is never an excuse to hurt anyone. By signing up, you commit to these rules.
What we value
- Honesty: say what you think, respectfully.
- Boldness: dare to ask for a visit, dare to suggest a Getaway.
- Humour: a funny Record beats ten compliments.
- Freedom: everyone decides who they meet and at what pace.
What we sanction
- Harassment: insisting after a case is dismissed, creating several accounts, chasing someone who doesn't reply.
- Contempt: insults, humiliation, remarks about body, gender, origin or orientation.
- Control: demanding proof, photos, reports or exclusivity before you've even met.
- Unsolicited sexual content, threats, violence.
- Scams: requests for money, codes, gift cards, dodgy links.
What is simply forbidden
- Being a minor, or talking about minors in a sexual way.
- Pretending to be someone else.
- Describing real crimes, violence or drugs in your Record: the Record is a game.
- Posting your contact details, or someone else's, in your File.
Here, nothing happens without your consent
- The Bad chooses who to receive, the Visitor chooses who to visit and when. “Case dismissed” is a complete answer: it's not up for debate. After a visit, nothing continues unless you both agree.
- You can block or report anyone, at any time. Blocking is immediate and works both ways.
- Every report is read by a human. You receive the reasons for the decision.
What's at stake
- A warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on severity.
- Every decision is reasoned. Both the sanctioned person and the reporter receive the reasons.
